Bernie Lambe

Bernie is the son of a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant and the brother of an Air Force Captain killed while serving. He attended college at East Carolina University on an Air Force ROTC Scholarship and graduated with honors as a Distinguished Military Graduate and inclusion in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.

In the Air Force, Bernie’s career spanned every level from installation-level to the JCS. His deployments included Cairo West AB, Joint Task Force Bravo (Honduras), and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While assigned to the Joint Staff, Bernie led the action officer working group instrumental in crafting the current DoD medical benefit, TRICARE.

Upon military retirement, he entered the corporate world, where his leadership contributed to the success of two Washington DC-base corporations: as Vice President of Axiom Resource Management the company grew from 30 to more than 500 employees in three years; as President of Skyline ULTD, he increased annual revenues from $16M to $60M during his three-year tenure (2009-2012).

Bernie left DC and moved to Albuquerque in October 2012 so that his wife, Dana, could be closer to her mother and his youngest son, Bryan, could pursue his theatrical ambitions (his other son, Chris, still lives in DC). Professionally, his passion is assisting small businesses establishing themselves in the Federal Marketplace. Active in veterans’ issues while in DC, he is honored to now be part of an organization devoted to assisting New Mexico Veterans.
